The Congregations Team develops strategies for integrating ARE work into congregations, specifically they assist congregations in developing effective models for building ally networks within congregations. The Education Team develops strategies for assuring that white people throughout the Association have training on white privilege and skill development in what it means to be an ally. Contact Team Coordinator: Bill Gardiner
The Connections Team develops mechanisms for connecting people and organizations within the UUA who are doing AR/AO work and provide requested to support to groups such as APIC, YRUU, etc. Contact Team Coordinator: James Hobart
